An Industry Advisory Board for ACT has been formed to provide advice
and planning for the future public financing of ACT. The members of the
Board are Ralph Balcom, Harry Barr, and Wilson E. Russell.
Ralph Balcom is President of Balcom Financial a financial planning company
with offices in Prince George and Chilliwack. Mr Balcom has over 15 years
experience in the financial planning area. Originally with The Investors'
Group, Mr. Balcom is now incorporated as an Independent Mutual Fund Dealer.
Harry Barr is a founder of the International Gold Group and has been
involved with the Canadian mining industry for the past 16 years. He has
served as President, CEO and Director with the International Gold Group
and is currently Diretor of three other issuers on the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
Wilson E. Russell, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., is Chairman and CEO of Northstar
Technical Inc., an electronics software firm, and President of Cabot Management
Ltd. He invented and successfully developed several high-technology systems
and founded the communications company NETWORK INC and the electronic manufacturing
company NewTech Instruments. He has secured joint ventures and teaming agreements
with some of the world´s leading companies including Lockheed Martin
in the USA, Krupp Atlas Elektronik in Germany, and, SNC-Lavalin in Canada.
Dr. Russell currently serves on the Board of the University of Victoria´s
Innovation and Development Corporation.
