News ReleasesCinemage Prefers To Be-Intouch As AffiliateVancouver, BC (23 February 07) – Cinemage Corporation wishes to advise that the Amended Share Exchange Agreement disclosed by News Release on November 28th, 2006 under which it would acquire all of the outstanding shares of Be-Intouch Inc. of Issaquah, WA has expired without the terms of the agreement being fulfilled, and that the Board of Directors of the Corporation is not expecting to renew the Agreement or negotiate further amendments at this time.“We’ve now been in negotiations with Be-Intouch for almost nine months”, said Edgar Froese, CEO of Cinemage. “without our getting closure on either of two agreements signed . We are committed to growth through acquisition, and to the integration of a web conferencing system with our Cinemage content hosting engine, to provide a marketing front-end to the multiple services we host. We expect to remain in a business affiliation with Be-Intouch; however, we feel that a more appropriate route to product integration is to deal directly with software suppliers in making a product or corporate acquisition.”

developed a proprietary market-ready software engine capable of deployment in many
Internet-based applications. As an Applications Service Provider Platform, the Cinemage
