The final conversion price for Media West Technology (VCC) Corp shares has been set at $1.20 by the Media West Board of Directors. This is the price from which Media West will negotiate the exchange of VCC shares for those of a publicly trading company.
The price will remain at the current price of $0.75 per share until all but $100,000 of the 1997 VCC allocation is filled, or until October 15, 1997 - whichever comes first.
The price increase will give investors a final opportunity for significant tax savings through their RRSP's, either through a stock swap using existing RRSP funds or through purchase for a new RRSP contribution.
