The Cinemage Software Limited Partnership has been created to undertake marketing of the Cinemage 1.0 software developed by ACT, with royalties returning to ACT along with a fixed purchase amount for the software. ACT will use sales proceeds to complete development of the second generation of its Cinemage series of products.
