ACT has signed a contract with a local stock photography company, Image Makers, to offer photographs from their collection for sale using the Cinemage® system. This is an important step for ACT because it will mark the first use of the system for the sale and delivery of digital images. Image Makers will link from their web site to Cinemage, where a collection of their images will be maintained. Customers will be able to search through the collection, select images for their use, and then pay for and have the images delivered, all on-line. Prices for images will depend on the size of the images required and their intended use. It is expected that the collection of photographs, while small initially, will grow steadily as more images are digitized.
