President's Message

Our first 1999 newsletter deals primarily with development projects. The past few months have seen a significant amount of development activity at ACT. Several projects mentioned in previous Newsletters are either completed or nearing completion and som e new efforts have started, with plans for product commercialization well underway. We also introduce two new staff members, Jane Osborne and Dana Willing. Watch for another newsletter later in the year with more information about the company’s busines s activities.
