In late February a G7 Ministerial Conference on the Information Society is being held in Brussels, Belgium. An exhibition will take place in conjunction with this conference. The exhibition is intended to demonstrate the reality of the information society, the opportunities it presents, and how it may be accessed by the citizen. The exhibition will consist of a number of demonstrations in the areas of work, health, education, transport, culture, leisure, and tourism. The audience for the exhibition will include official delegations from the conference, managing directors of companies, members and officials from the European Parliament and more than 1000 members of the media. ACT was nominated by Industry Canada to participate in the exhibition.
