The ACT Cinemage Group is a group of related technology companies offering innovative leading-edge software products and services that manage the distribution and sale of digitized intellectual property on the Internet. The product development company is Advanced Cultural Technologies Inc. (ACT) and the sales and marketing arm of the group is Cinemage Software L.P. The companies are based in Vancouver, B.C.

Funding has been primarily through private financing and specific project funding from government including from the European Commission. With the creation of Cinemage Software L.P., the company is now positioned to commercialize the products.
