Cinemage Systems Limited Partnership
Cinemage Systems Limited Partnership (The LP)
was formed for the purposes of acting as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for software and systems products created by Advanced Cultural Technologies Inc. (“ACT”; a wholly owned subsidiary of CIG). The Partnership has exclusive agreements to take to market:
a) the Prints-On-Demand kiosks for creating decorative art reproductions by computer; and
b) the Cinemage Internet Engine (Applications Services Provider Platform),
developed by ACT. It provides value added services to clients, and pays license fees and royalties to ACT from product sales.
Cinemage Systems LP has also entered into a sales collaboration with Hewlett Packard (Canada) Company, through which Cinemage systems will be sold through HP Colour Elite Resellers in Canada. Cinemage and HP expect also to undertake joint direct sales activities as well as collaborate on marketing and promotion. Opportunity exists to expand this collaboration to Europe. Systems sales expand the reproduction sales network.
Cinemage Corporation has an option to acquire all of the issued and outstanding Units of the LP for common shares in Cinemage, and has announced it will exercise the option in may of 2007.
