CORPORATE

Cinemage Digital Arts Corporation

607839 BC Ltd. was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on April 29, 1998, by Robert Froese and Katrina Froese. The sole purpose of the company was to invest in Cinemage Capital Corp., a Junior Capital Pool company initially traded on the Alberta Stock and subsequently TSX Venture Exchange. Control of 607839 BC Ltd. was acquired by NetEquity Capital Partners Inc. in 2009 in a shares-for-debt settlement transaction. The company subsequently acquired all of the common shares of Edgar Froese in NeTitles Productions Corporation through a share exchange transaction, and changed its name to Cinemage Digital Arts Corporation. The common shares of NeTitles represent a controlling interest in the company; the Preferred Shares in NeTitles are held by Rimfire Emerging Equities (VCC) Corp., which has to date financed the operations of NeTitles. NeTitles produced all of the content and owns the services currently operated on its behalf by Advanced Cultural Technologies Inc., a current subsidiary of Fibresources Corporation. Fibresources Corporation is principally a holding company, raising investment capital through public markets for acquisition and growth of operating subsidiaries. The corporation in 2008 diversified its business interests into the bioenergy market sector.

Advanced Cultural Technologies Inc. (ACT) was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) by certificate of incorporation dated November 23, 1989. ACT was founded by Edgar Froese, and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Fibresources Corporation, having been acquired in a share exchange transaction in 2001.

ACT developed software for the delivery of multimedia content over high speed computer networks. ACT has developed Cinemage a client/server series of products that enables the user (museums and or general public) to search, view and down load from the catalogs and rich multimedia representations and works of art from collaborating museums.

Cinemage Digital Arts Corporation (CDAC) was formed to take over the former active role of its partner, Fibresources Corporation, and to evolve their former program of work to build returns for its investment partner, Rimfire Emerging Equities (VCC) Corp. (formerly Media 2000 Productions (VCC) Corp.). Professional services are provided to CDAC by:

Maitland & Company Registered Records Office and Securities Lawyers
   Geirge Lai & Company Accountants
NetEquity Capital Partners Inc. Transfer Agent
