(“CIG”) was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) on April 29, 1998, and subsequently changed its name to Cinemage Corporation and continued under the Canada Corporations Act. CIG trades under the symbol “CIG” on the TSX Venture Exchange. The significant shareholders of CIG are Media West Technology (VCC) Corp., holding about 8 million common shares, and Mr. Edgar Froese controlling about 6 million common shares. was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) by certificate of incorporation dated November 23, 1989. ACT was founded by Edgar Froese, and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of CC.
ACT develops software for the delivery of multimedia
content over high speed computer networks. ACT has developed
Cinemage a client/server series of products that enables the
user (museums and or general public) to search, view and down
load from the catalogs and rich multimedia representations
and works of art from collaborating museums.
ACT is an innovative technology company
initiated to develop leading edge software products for the
global network industry.
Cinemage Financial Inc. (CFI)
is a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia on March 17, 2003 solely for the purpose of financing or assisting in financing the various component businesses of the Cinemage group of companies. Cinemage Financial Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cinemage Corporation, which guarantees the Bonds issued by CFI.
