Rimfire iMedia (VCC) Corp.

Rimfire iMedia (VCC) Corp. (previously Media 2000 Productions (VCC) Corp.) is a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia on January 18, 2000. It was registered under the Small Business Venture Capital Act on March 6, 2000 and changed its name to Rimfire iMedia (VCC) Corp on November 22, 2006.

Rimfire iMedia (VCC) Corp. is a private British Columbia company that was incorporated solely for the purpose of making equity investments in NeTitles Production Corp. (“NeTitles”). The company may in the future invest in additional enterprises in related fields as described in this Offering, which have been approved by the BC Investment Capital Branch as Eligible Small Businesses.

The Equity Capital Branch provides a 30% Tax Credit for all elligible investments in Rimfire iMedia.

Media West Technology (VCC) Corp.

Media West Technology (VCC) Corp.is a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia on November 8, 1993. The Issuer was registered under the Small Business Venture Capital Act on January 7, 1994. The head office and principal place of business of the Issuer is Suite 320, 1090 Homer Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6B 2W9. The registered office of the VCC is Suite 700, 625 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2T6.

Media West was restricted by the SBVC Act to investing in equity shares of eligible small businesses and other prescribed incidental investments. As such, the Issuer acted as a financing vehicle, carrying on no active business other than to raise money for Advanced Cultural Technologies Corp. (since converted to common shares and share purchase warrants of CC). Presently Media West is a shareholder of Cinemage Corp., holding approximately 8 million common shares in the capital of CIG.
